Every installation begins with an evaluation where your roofing contractor will examine your roof and attic to assess ventilation needs, airflow efficiency, and any signs of moisture build-up.
They will also look at your roof’s orientation and exposure to sunlight to determine the best location for installation.
Precise measurements of your attic will then be taken to calculate the appropriate size and number of solar attic vents needed.
Recommendation
Your roofing contractor will present you with different options, discussing factors such as vent size, efficiency and aesthetics. They will also go over the benefits of installation including energy savings and improved temperature regulation.
They will also recommend placement to maximize air flow and solar efficiency.

Once your quote has been approved, our team of certified professionals can get right to work.
The installation area will be prepared by marking the location for installation, and any existing vents will be carefully removed before cleaning and checking for any damage.
Your solar attic vents will be installed in the specified locations by cutting an opening in the roof, securing the vent and installing the solar panel for maximum sunlight. The vent is then sealed and checked for leaks.
