What to Expect With Roofing Repair
Evaluation
Every roofing repair begins with a thorough evaluation of your roof identifying specific areas of damage, leaks or excess wear.
Your contractor will work to identify sources of leaks including damaged shingles, flashing or seals. In addition to inspecting the underlying structure to determine the extent of the damage and whether additional structural repairs are needed.
Recommendation
After the evaluation is complete, your roofing contractor will provide a detailed estimate detailing the specific issues found including photos and descriptions.
Based on the extent of the damage, your contractor will advise whether repairs are sufficient or extensive replacement work will be needed.
Your contractor will then discuss repair options, including materials and timelines. Repairs begin at $450 and go up from there depending on your roof’s needs.

Once your quote has been approved, our team of certified professionals can get right to work.
The area around your home will be prepped to help protect landscaping and windows from potential damage. The damaged roofing materials are then removed and replaced and any leaks are fixed and sealed, reinforcing any weak points.
After repairs are completed, your roofing contractor will perform a final clean and inspection to make sure any underlying issues are addressed, and to ensure quality workmanship.

In short, no. Unless the work we are doing requires us to come inside your home, like insulation or attic work, you do not need to be home – we can handle everything on our own.
