The People Behind Guns N Hoses
Keith Arsenault
Keith started in the construction industry right out of highschool and worked in the Alberta oil patch for 2-3 years before starting Guns N Hoses. He really enjoys coaching his daughter’s hockey and ball teams and he also enjoys playing those sports
Fun fact: Keith has never watched the movie Titanic
Tricia Arsenault
Tricia’s first experience roofing was when she was a teenager, roofing with her dad in small-town Manitoba. Her dad was a farmer but they did construction in their spare time, and she was his right-hand woman. After highschool, Tricia graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Marketing and International business. She has worked in the travel and finance industry and then returned full circle to the construction industry when she started Guns N Hoses with Keith over 14 years ago.
Fun fact: Tricia has traveled all over the world, lived in three different continents and traveled to fifteen different countries.
Kenny Arsenault
Kenny is an experienced, social person always trying to find the right solution for our clients.
He has worked in the fishing, oil and gas and construction industry for the past 20 years.
He enjoys the outdoors, sports and family.
Fun fact: Kenny speaks English, French and German
Neil Richmond
Neil has an extensive history of experience in customer service over the past 3 decades.
He is has a forward-thinking mindset with skills in new thermal
imaging technology. He has completed many courses in marketing and business management while in
other positions. Neil has a passion to make a difference in people’s lives during the course of his careers. He has been with GNH for close to 7 years.

100% recommend. I had half of my roof replaced a few weeks ago. I am impressed with the whole experience. GNH was great from first phone call, to the quote, to the crew, to finished product, to job completion. I had 4 quotes done for my roof in total, and chose GNH for many reasons. The office and Keith was great to deal with, they answered all of my questions, and didn’t try to talk me into replacing the other half of my roof that didn’t need to be replaced. The quote I received was detailed, had different options, and was very affordable. The crew (Chase & Chris) showed up on time, were friendly, professional, and extremely respectful of my property. They even covered my plants so they wouldn’t get trampled on. They cleaned up each day before leaving, making sure there wasn’t any nails etc. left from tearing off the old shingles. I really don’t have a single negative thing to say. My new roof is quiet and there hasn’t been any flapping shingles even with the recent heavy winds. It looks fantastic, and I know it will last for many, many years. All in all, a superb experience. Thanks again!
