I’ve proudly run Guns N’ Hoses Roofing Exteriors & Insulation right here in Calgary and Okotoks for the past 20 years. With a total of 26 years in the roofing industry, this isn’t just a job for me — it’s a real passion. I love helping families protect their homes from Alberta’s wild weather, whether it’s after a nasty hail storm or when it’s time for a brand-new roof, exteriors, or insulation upgrade.

We focus on honest work, quality materials, and doing the job right the first time. No shortcuts, no surprises — just solid roofing, exteriors, and insulation you can count on for years to come.
When I’m not on the roof, you’ll usually find me at the hockey rink or the softball diamond. I’ve been coaching my daughter’s teams in both hockey and softball for over 10 years. It’s been a blast watching the kids grow and learning that Dad still isn’t as fast on skates as he used to be.
Random fun fact: After 26 years roofing in Calgary, I can spot a hail storm coming better than most weather apps. My truck insurance company, however, is less impressed with this so-called “superpower.”

Tricia’s journey in roofing began as a teenager in small-town Manitoba, working alongside her father. While he farmed full-time, construction was a shared passion—and Tricia quickly became his trusted right-hand.

After high school, she earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Manitoba, majoring in Marketing and International Business, which included a semester studying abroad in South Korea.

Her career initially took her into the travel and finance industries, where she gained valuable business experience and a global perspective.

Over 20 years ago, Tricia returned to her roots in construction, co-founding Guns N Hoses Roofing, Exteriors & Insulation with her husband Keith. Since then, she has played a key role in growing the company into a trusted name in the industry.

Tricia is also a busy mom of three daughters, who share her passion for sports. In her “spare” time, she can be found coaching, serving on various boards of directors—including the Alberta Allied Roofing Association for the past decade—and staying active by playing sports herself.

Fun fact: Tricia has a passion for travel and adventure—she’s lived on three continents and explored more than 20 countries around the world.

Kenny is an experienced, social, and solution-driven professional who takes pride in finding the right fit for every client and project. With over 25 years of hands-on experience across the fishing, oil and gas, and construction industries, he brings a deep understanding of both field work and project execution. In 2012, he launched and developed the exteriors division of Guns N Hoses Roofing, Exteriors & Insulation, helping grow it into a trusted part of the business.

Outside of work, Kenny is happiest when he’s outdoors, staying active, or spending time with his family. He is also a dedicated hockey coach for his son’s team, where he enjoys mentoring and staying involved in the sport he loves. His mix of leadership, approachability, and real-world experience makes him a key part of the team.

Fun fact: Kenny speaks English, French, and German.

Neil brings over three decades of extensive customer service experience, built on a career dedicated to understanding people’s needs and delivering practical, lasting solutions. Since joining Guns N Hoses in 2012, he has played a key role in developing and expanding the attic insulation division, helping it grow into an important part of the company’s services.

He is a forward-thinking professional with a strong interest in innovation. Alongside his technical skills, Neil has invested in his professional development through various courses in marketing and business management, strengthening both his strategic and customer-focused approach.

Above all, Neil is driven by a genuine passion for making a positive difference in his clients lives through his work, consistently bringing care, experience, and attention to detail to every project he’s involved in.

Fun fact: Neil is originally from England—and you’ll pick that up within seconds of talking to him.

Originally from Vancouver Island, she spent 30 years on the coast before making the move to Calgary 12 years ago—and it’s been home ever since.

Carmen is part of the customer service side of the roofing industry, working closely with clients to keep projects running smoothly and stress-free. "I’m lucky to be on a team where the leadership feels more like friends than bosses, which makes for a great atmosphere and a workplace built on trust, communication, and a bit of fun along the way."

Carmen is a proud parent of four kids who keep life busy and exciting, with heavy involvement in sports year-round—including soccer, lacrosse, hockey, baseball, and fastpitch. Much of her time is spent at rinks, fields, and diamonds, supporting and cheering them on.
